Assimilation
The Assimilation team is a dedicated group who helps individuals find their place in the church. If you enjoy helping people discover their gifts, this is the team for you!
Building + Grounds
The Building and Grounds Team is a dedicated group of caretakers who mow, maintain, clean, and repair the physical space our church has.
Café
The Compass Café has one simple mission: connect people with the perfect cup of coffee. Come be a part of the team!
Care Team
The care team coordinates and communicates caregiving opportunities within the church and community.
College Ministry
A team that loves college students and whose goal is to disciples who make disciples on college campuses.
CompassKids
Do you love hanging out with the cutest kids on the planet and showing them that Jesus is fun? Compass Kids is for kids ages birth through 6th grade. We would love for you to join our team!
Compass Partners + Non-Profits
A team committed to brokering opportunities in our community with non-profits for the church.
Communion + Baptism
A team of people who actively serve during communion and baptism.
Compass Students
Each Sunday we get the opportunity to hang out together in our church-wide worship service. Sunday evenings, we spend time in with our junior high and high school MCs. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to walk with students in developing and growing their relationship with Jesus. You could lead an MC, volunteer at CSM events, and pursue relationships with students outside of church events. If you want to be an impact in the lives of students, we would love you to join our team!
Design
A team that coordinates, creates, and oversees the church's aesthetics, design, and decorations.
Events + Set-up
The Events and Set-up team provides support to those coming and planning events through Compass Church.
Hospitality
A team committed to creating a welcoming environment for God's people as they gather.
Kitchen + Catering
We think that sharing a meal with someone is the best way to get to know them. Our Kitchen and Catering team serves by cooking, planning, and hosting meals for the church.
Missional Community Leaders
MC Leaders who host and facilitate small groups living on mission as a way of life.

The missions team helps broker opportunities for the church to live on mission locally and globally.
Offering
The offering team serves the church by collecting offering during our weekly gatherings.
Office Administration
The office administration team provides administrative help to the Compass Staff to support the overall mission of the church.
Parking + Security
A dedicated team who ensures a comfortable and secure environment with an incredible first impression.
Prayer
The prayer team coordinates prayer initiatives for the church and communicates prayer requests.
Production
A group of talented people who produce the technical aspects of our services with excellence and humility.
Stewardship
A team that encourages the financial health of the church by encouraging giving by the members and the stewardship of the resources we have.
Storytellers
A community of artists and storytellers who creatively tell honest and encouraging stories of gospel transformation that inspire the church to worship Jesus for who he is and to remember what he has done. If you have experience shooting, editing, or creating compelling video or images, we would love to have you on our team!
Worship
The heartbeat of our worship ministry is to inspire people to encounter God. The vision of the worship team is to set the atmosphere for people to encounter God in the corporate gatherings.
Women's Ministry
The Women's Ministry is a group of women committed to creating a welcoming environment for women to congregate and learn about God and life together. Our women's ministry is defined by the one-on-one discipleship opportunities.
