KIDS MINISTRY
So the next generation will know
In our kids' ministry, CompassKids, our mission is to help kids find their way to God, connect with others, and contribute to changing the world. We believe that kids have the capacity to know God and be a part of the church today. We desire to partner with parents in their families' journey of faith, and this is why we consider CompassKids to be so much more than childcare.
Who's involved?
Every Sunday morning we provide a safe environment for kids from birth through fifth grade where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other.
Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and it’s an honor to serve with each and every one of them. Every volunteer who leads in CompassKids has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.

How should I
prepare my kids?
On Sunday mornings during the service, we encourage all ages to participate in a time of corporate worship. Then, we take a ten minute break for our kids to make their way to a service designed especially for them. We have Compass Kids environments for kids birth–5th grade.
Parents will be asked to check their kids at one of the check-in kiosks and print out a name tag and a claim tag to present at check-out. Name tags will include your child’s name as well as information regarding specific allergies. From there you will walk them to their age-specific classroom. When you return at the end of service you will check-out with one of the Rovers. Then, you will hand the claim tag to your child's Small Group Leader.
