Colossians 1:9–14

Paul shows that the greatest need in the Christian life is not easier circumstances but a deeper knowledge of God. When the gospel takes root in us, it leads us to know Him more, walk in a way that honors Christ, and live with gratitude for the rescue He has accomplished through Jesus.
